Position Summary As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in creating a positive customer experience. You'll serve as a primary point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, quotes, orders, and support requests while working closely with Sales, Production, Purchasing, and other departments. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and making a direct impact on customer satisfaction and company success. What You'll Do Provide exceptional customer service by phone, email, and in person Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries Prepare quotes and process customer orders accurately and efficiently Review orders for accuracy, pricing, and customer requirements Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment Monitor order progress and proactively communicate updates to customers Process warranty claims and Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) Maintain customer records and documentation within company systems Support administrative and departmental projects as needed Help create a positive customer experience from initial inquiry through delivery What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required Previous customer service, administrative, inside sales, or related experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction Manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus Technical aptitude and willingness to learn pump products and applications preferred Why Join National Pump Company?
