Job Description

A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls and CSR inquiries
  • Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently and file documents in an ABC filing system
  • Locate and contact customers to inquire of their payment status
  • Marketing
  • Manage risk in every transaction and detect fraudulent transactions to prevent losses
  • Banking
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Cleaning office duties
  • Must bring resume when you apply at office
