Any shift between8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST, with flexibility to workSaturdays as required
Job Description:
We are seeking a customer-focusedCustomer Support Specialist to provide high-touch support for consumer banking customers. The role involves handling a high volume of cases across multiple communication channels while delivering exceptional service and ensuring compliance with banking policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, and messaging channels Manage and prioritize a high volume of customer cases efficiently Support escalation handling for Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders Act as a subject matter expert on consumer banking products, services, and systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist with client onboarding processes Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and company policies Maintain strong organizational skills to meet SLA timelines Adapt quickly to product, service, and process changes Deliver a consistently exceptional client experience
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of banking or financial services experience preferred Knowledge of consumer banking products and regulatory guidelines Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Must be flexible to work shifts between8 AM - 8 PM EST andSaturdays as needed
