• Experience:

• At least 2 years in a veterinary setting with customer service experience.

• Skills & Qualities:

• Exceptional communication, teamwork, self-motivation, compassion for animals and clients, and a commitment to high-quality care are essential.

• Availability:

• Enjoy a balanced schedule with no after-hours or weekend emergency duties required.

Previous experience in customer service is preferred, ideally within a veterinary or animal care setting. Familiarity with veterinary terminology and procedures such as aseptic technique, preventative care, and laboratory practices is a plus. Ability to demonstrate effective communication skills and maintain a positive attitude even in challenging situations. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience with medical collection processes is beneficial but not required. A passion for animal welfare and commitment to providing outstanding service to pet owners.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement:

• Educate and communicate effectively with clients, ensuring a welcoming experience.

• Animal Care:

• Assist veterinarians with patient handling, procedures, and care.

• Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate records, manage calls, and support financial transactions.

• Team Support:

• Provide assistance to team members, contributing to a seamless clinic operation.

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about services offered. Assist clients with scheduling appointments and managing their accounts efficiently. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Provide support in the clinic by understanding basic veterinary procedures and terminology. Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care. Handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving for resolution. Educate clients on pet care and other relevant topics as needed. Stay updated on clinic policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information.

• Work Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
