Customer Service Representative Bainbridge, GA 39817 $1 a year - Full-time $1 a year - Full-time Come join our team! We have an immediate opening for a customer-oriented service representative to join our team. This position is
FULL TIME, IN
PERSON, and works the hours Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our custom.er accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Salary is dependent upon skill level and education. Responsibilities Manage incoming calls and emails in an organized manner. Input customer orders ensuring the correct pricing and customer requirements are implemented. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Coordinate with the purchasing and accounting departments as needed. Skills Proven customer support experience Experience with MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

$1.00 per year
