Primary Care Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and professional Call Representative to join our primary care team in Blackshear, GA. This role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key part in delivering a positive patient experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and able to manage a high volume of calls with efficiency and care.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner Assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments Provide general information about services, office hours, and policies Route calls to appropriate departments or staff as needed Accurately document patient interactions in the system Handle patient inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality Support front office tasks as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Previous customer service or call center experience preferred (healthcare experience a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and familiarity with phone systems Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
