Now, we're looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming face and supportive voice that enhances our customers' journey.
What You'll Do:
Be the
Face of Excellence:
Provide an exceptional first and last impression to our customers through a warm greeting and attentive service.
Handle Transactions:
Daily bank deposits, balance accounts, manage petty cash, and ensure smooth point-of-sale transactions.
Customer Care:
Address and resolve customer inquiries, service issues, and warranty claims with professionalism and efficiency.
Coordinate Deliveries:
Schedule and follow up on customer deliveries, ensuring satisfaction and smooth post-delivery service.
Administrative Support:
Assist the Store Manager and Design Consultants with various administrative tasks to keep the showroom running smoothly.
Maintain Store Operations:
Keep track of store inventory, assist with maintaining store appearance, and manage other duties as needed.
What We're Looking For:
Experience & Skills:
At least 2 years in a retail or service-related role with strong customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
Education:
High School diploma or GED.
Attributes:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to our values and customer satisfaction.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform various physical tasks as needed.
Availability :
Able to work a full-time retail schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Store Hours:
Monday-Friday:
9am-8pm
Saturday:
10am-6pm
Sunday:
