Position Summary:
The Onsite Specialist is primarily responsible for managing daily activities at the client site, providing administrative support, along with fostering a positive relationship with the client. This includes overseeing operational tasks are completed in a timely manner according to client specifications.

Full-time The Responsibilities:
Assist with checking in new hires on their start date Conduct observations of temporary associates to ensure safety and best practices are followed Provide feedback to temporary associates Address any performance or attitude concerns of temporary associates Orientate new employees on company policies and safety expectations Build relationships with client, as well as on-site employees Maintain and present weekly reports to leadership
The Qualifications:
Must have minimum 1 year experience in recruitment or staffing industry Must have customer service experience Experience in leadership, management is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task Must be able to work 9:00am-6:00pm
