As we continue to grow, we're seeking a motivated AT&T Customer Service Associate to support and promote AT&T's wireless and broadband offerings. In the AT&T Customer Service Associate role, you will serve as a knowledgeable and trusted point of contact for customers. You'll educate individuals on available AT&T services, identify their needs, and recommend sales solutions that align with their lifestyle and usage goals. The AT&T Customer Service Associate position is ideal for someone who is outgoing, customer-focused, and energized by helping people stay connected through innovative technology.
AT&T Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:
Confidently present AT&T wireless, internet, and television services in a clear and engaging way Provide personalized sales support that drives customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention Stay informed on current AT&T promotions, pricing, and device options to recommend the best solutions Actively listen to customer needs and match them with customized service plans Address customer questions and service-related concerns with professionalism and urgency Share customer feedback, trends, and insights with leadership to support continuous improvement Participate in ongoing training sessions to strengthen sales techniques and customer engagement skills
AT&T Customer Service Associate Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or telecommunications preferred Experience in an AT&T-focused role, especially as a previous AT&T Customer Service Associate is a plus but not required Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Self-motivated with a passion for delivering high-quality service The AT&T Customer Service Associate plays an essential role in supporting our growth and long-term success.
