Job Description

A family‑owned business serving colleges and universities across the U.S., is seeking a detail‑driven Client Services Coordinator to support our growing client base in higher education. We create custom course materials—both print and digital—and partner closely with faculty, administrators, and campus stores to deliver accurate, timely, copyright‑cleared content. About the Role As a Client Services Coordinator you will work closely with our Account Managers to ensure smooth execution of daily operations. You'll coordinate orders, communicate with internal teams, maintain accurate documentation, and support the delivery of high‑quality course materials to our higher‑education partners. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks with precision. Key Responsibilities Support Account Managers with day‑to‑day tasks across multiple university accounts Process and track orders by coordinating with in‑house copyright, production, digital, and prepress teams Communicate with clients via email and phone to provide updates, answer questions, and resolve routine issues Perform accurate data entry and maintain client records Conduct quality control on master files before delivery Assist with digital material creation and delivery Adapt to seasonal workflow changes typical in the academic calendar Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and digital tools Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and follow‑through Customer‑service mindset with a professional, friendly approach Experience in publishing, education, or administrative support is a plus but not required What We Offer A collaborative, supportive team environment Opportunities for growth within a rapidly evolving business Training on our systems, workflows, and higher‑education publishing processes Competitive pay and benefits (holiday pay, personal leave, healthcare eligibility after 60 days, and optional supplemental insurance plans)
