Are you an experienced customer service professional with a background in logistics or transportation? Our client, a reputable delivery company based in Buford, GA, is seeking a reliable and polished Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a long-term opportunity with competitive pay and a collaborative work environment. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available.

What We Offer:

If You Have:

5+ years of customer service experience, ideally in logistics, trucking, warehouse, or 3PL (third-party logistics) Experience communicating effectively with drivers, dispatch, and customers A professional demeanor and excellent problem-solving skills Proven reliability and punctuality Strong computer skills, including experience working with spreadsheets

You Will Be:
