Job Description:
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking? We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and support customer communications, reporting, and administrative tasks to help ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Outreach & Communication
  • Handle outbound communications for customer follow-up, project support, lead generation, and general customer care initiatives. Customer Support & Call Handling
  • Manage inbound customer inquiries, gather information, assist with requests, and route communications to the appropriate department or team member as needed. Data Entry & Portal Management
  • Enter and maintain customer information, upload forms and parts data, and manage updates within customer or vendor portals. Project Reporting Support
  • Assist with tracking project progress, compiling reports, and maintaining organized records and spreadsheets. Administrative Support
  • Help maintain accurate documentation and support internal teams with day-to-day operational tasks. Price Scraping
  • Monitor competitor pricing, collect market pricing data, and maintain accurate records to support pricing analysis and business decisions.

What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong data entry and organizational skills with high attention to detail. Experience with CRM systems (SAP Cloud for Sales is a plus but not required). Proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting, and web-based portals is preferred. Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
Pay:
$14.00
