Customer Service Representative

Flightways FBO at Columbus Airport Our Customer Service Representatives meet and exceed our customers' expectations by providing outstanding service to our general aviation guests. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for handling inquiries, coordinating travel and service needs, and other related duties while ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer customer questions, address requests and/or concerns in-person, via e-mail or on the phone Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers and visitors Reserve hotel rooms, rental cars or reserve other transportation; order catering as required Coordinate with Line Service Technicians to ensure all customer requests are satisfied Process points of sale transactions for fuel and other goods and services General cleaning of workspace and facilities Lift up to 25lbs, sweep/mop floors, clean restrooms, be able to stoop/bend/kneel for light cleaning duties Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required 18 years of age or older Previous experience in a customer service role is required Knowledge of or experience in the aviation industry is preferred Excellent customer service skills, with strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
