This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, loves animals, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for our clients and patients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while supporting the daily operations of the hospital. Responsibilities Greet clients and patients in a professional and compassionate manner Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with scheduling appointments, questions, and general information Check clients in for appointments Process payments and maintain accurate records Communicate effectively with veterinarians and medical staff Maintain a clean and organized reception area Assist with administrative tasks and daily office operations Provide exceptional customer service during both routine and emergency situations Qualifications Previous customer service experience is a plus Veterinary or medical office experience preferred but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Basic computer and phone skills Compassion for animals and their owners If you are passionate about animal care and enjoy working with both pets and people, we would love to hear from you!
