Guest Service Representative

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries efficiently. Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
• Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
• Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services available to guests. Skills
• Strong background in guest services and customer service within the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in hotel management systems is preferred.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
• Familiarity with front desk operations and night audit processes is a plus.
