Customer Service Representative MasterCorr LLC - Covington, GA Position Summary MasterCorr LLC, a state-of-the-art corrugated sheet plant located in Covington, GA, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our customers and internal operations team. This position serves as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring accurate order entry, timely communication, and exceptional service from order placement through delivery. The Customer Service Representative will work closely with production, scheduling, shipping, and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met while maintaining a high level of accuracy and responsiveness. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Account Support Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts. Enter customer orders accurately and ensure all specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements are documented correctly. Communicate order confirmations, changes, and delivery updates to customers in a timely manner. Coordinate with production, scheduling, and shipping teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time. Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and delivery schedules. Maintain accurate customer records and order information within company systems. Assist in resolving customer concerns and service issues while maintaining positive customer relationships. Monitor open orders and proactively communicate any potential delays or changes. Coordination & Communication Work closely with the Scheduler and Production team to ensure customer requirements align with production capabilities. Collaborate with Shipping to coordinate delivery schedules and customer expectations. Communicate effectively across departments to support efficient order flow and customer satisfaction. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on accuracy, efficiency, and customer service. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. 1+ years of customer service, administrative support, account management, or manufacturing experience preferred. Experience in corrugated packaging, manufacturing, or logistics environments is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word). Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
