Job Description

Position Summary Millwood Plumbing Services is seeking a professional, customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. The CSR plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experience by handling incoming calls, scheduling service appointments, coordinating with dispatch and technicians, and ensuring customer needs are met promptly and professionally. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and committed to providing outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Scheduling Dispatch Answer incoming phone calls, emails, text messages, and online service requests from website. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable assistance to customers. Listen to customer concerns and gather accurate information regarding plumbing issues and ensure all interactions are documented accurately Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. Schedule service calls, maintenance appointments, and emergency plumbing requests. Coordinate technician schedules to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. Communicate appointment confirmations, delays, and updates to customers. Assist dispatch personnel with route management and scheduling adjustments. Administrative Duties Maintain accurate customer records within company software systems. Accurately create and update service tickets, work orders, and customer notes. Process payments and assist customers with billing questions when needed. Track Google reviews and customer communication Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of customer service experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and customer management software. Preferred Experience in the plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or home service industry. Familiarity with Jobber or similar scheduling and dispatch software. Previous experience in call center, scheduling, or dispatch environments
Pay:
$19.00 - $28.00 per hour
