In this role, you'll be the friendly voice and helpful hand for our policyholders, guiding them through their insurance journey. You'll answer questions, assist with policy updates, and ensure everyone feels valued and understood. Salary Range:
$40,000.00
  • $55,000.
00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Disability Insurance Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Health Insurance Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred. GA Property and Casualty License Proven customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications. A positive and empathetic demeanor. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Familiarity with insurance terminology and products is a plus. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and helpful attitude. Assist policyholders with questions regarding their policies, billing, and claims. Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently. Provide clear explanations of insurance coverage and policy details. Gather and update customer information in our system, ensuring accuracy. Collaborate with agents and other team members to resolve customer issues. Offer solutions and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
