Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice that ensures our customers—especially key accounts like The Home Depot—receive exceptional support and service. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple systems and tasks will help create a seamless customer experience across order processing, invoicing, and issue resolution. DutiesCustomer Service & Account Support Serve as the primary Customer Service contact for Home Depot (HD) operations, including .com, QC, Supply, Pro, and RDC channels Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries via email, phone, and support platforms Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette Deliver positive customer experiences by resolving issues efficiently and effectively Answer basic technical product questions by referencing product specification sheets and internal documentation Order Management & Processing Accurately enter and manage manual orders from Logic Broker and email requests Process sample orders for the HD sales team Assist with warranty orders by creating and managing warranty sales orders Invoice Monitoring & Resolution Oversee the full lifecycle of Home Depot invoices to ensure accuracy and timely processing Investigate and resolve EDI and manual invoicing errors Re-submit corrected invoices and ensure successful processing Run reports and export data to Excel to track invoice status and payment confirmation Systems & Tools Utilization Utilize platforms such as SPS Commerce, Logic Broker, Rithum, and the Home Depot portal Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve order and invoicing issues across multiple systems Maintain accurate records and reporting using Microsoft Excel and other tools Returns & Issue Resolution Manage returns for Home Depot accounts and coordinate with internal teams Work cross-functionally with sales, warehouse, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies Ensure timely follow-up and closure of all customer-related issues Requirements Proven experience in customer service, order management, or clerical/administrative roles Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data entry systems Experience with EDI systems, invoicing, or retail portals (preferred) Ability to understand and explain basic technical product information using specification sheets Familiarity with tools such as SPS Commerce, Logic Broker, or Rithum is a plus Excellent communication skills and professional phone/email etiquette Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment Ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently with minimal supervision Why Join Us? Pay:
$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
