Job Description

Position:
Warehouse Customer Service Rep Responsible for the accurate entry of data into computer system; filing, answering telephones, and providing general clerical support to assigned department. Other assignments might include customer service functions as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
§ Input data from source documents into WMS and spreadsheets. § Audit information/details prior to submitting systematically to ensure accuracy. § Create receipts and packets for all Inbound Loads/Containers. § Systematically close all completed containers. § Systematically close and manifest all completed trailers. § Consolidate all company/system generated paperwork for drivers. § File all completed paperwork daily. § Review internal reports daily to ensure accuracy. § Communicate/partner with our customer and company drivers. § Any other functions as assigned by management.

Typing/Data Entry Education and Experience Requirements:
§ High school education or equivalent. § One to three years of related experience. § Familiar with WMS § Warehouse/Cross Dock/Transportation experience a plus § Ability to work under pressure and with deadlines § Safety conscious
