Job Description

About the RoleWe are seeking a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced team focused on delivering a positive customer experience. In this role, you'll handle primarily outbound and follow-up calls to existing leads, assisting customers, answering questions, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
