Your Responsibilities & Essential Job Duties:
Below is a brief job description of a Variable Customer Service Specialist at Jim Ellis Mazda of Marietta. The Variable Customer Service Specialist will have two main responsibilities, Business Development and assisting in new vehicle deliveries.
Business Development:
Make 80 phone calls, 40 emails and 20 text messages minimum to active customers daily Follow up with all customers to insure proper follow up and help set appointments Answering phone calls and online inqui9ries from customers and prospects Log all customer interaction with CRM Coordinate with sales managers to get quotes and set quality appointments Work with Sales staff on all active customers Verify all same day and next day appointments Maintain a store minimum internet closing percentage of 13% or higher Maintain a store minimum phone closing percentage of 25% or higher Maintain a CSI score above district and region Make follow up call the next day after sale to clients New Vehicle deliveries: Receives customer information from sales desk and initiates delivery process Provide quality control after each clean for delivery to endure guest satisfaction Log any issues with unsatisfactory condition of the vehicle Assist customer with setting first service appointment at delivery Explains all vehicle features, sets up Mazda Connect and configures all personalization settings including radio, navigation CarPlay and seating preferences Schedules customers for a second delivery and preforms second delivery inside of 2 weeks after sale Added Responsibilities Team player Complete all Mazda Product Certification Assist in other tasks assigned by management
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Must be authorized to work in the US Must have a valid Driver's License with clean driving record Minimum of 18 years of age Excellent written and verbal communication skills Why Jim Ellis?
