We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our team. Position Summary The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will provide support to clients by servicing Property & Casualty insurance policies, answering coverage questions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and experienced with agency management systems and Microsoft applications. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person Service existing Property & Casualty insurance accounts, including policy changes, renewals, and billing questions Process endorsements, certificates of insurance, and cancellations Accurately maintain client information and documentation in AMS360 Collaborate with producers and team members to meet client needs Follow agency procedures and compliance standards Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation, communication, and reporting Qualifications Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (preferred) 2+ years of experience in an insurance customer service role (preferred) Experience using AMS360 (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Experience in an independent insurance agency setting Strong problem-solving abilities Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset • Spanish-English bilingual proficiency preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary plus team goal bonuses Paid time off and holidays 401K Professional development opportunities
