Overview:
Dixie Exterminators, Inc. is seeking a dependable and professional Office Staff Member to join our Marietta office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced office environment. You will serve as a key point of communication between customers, technicians, and office staff to help keep daily operations running smoothly.Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Schedule and update customer appointments
- Communicate with technicians throughout the day regarding service calls and scheduling
- Email and communicate with other office staff members
- Assist with general office and scheduling tasks
- Assist with marketing tasks and company projects.
Requirements:
- Customer service skills/experience required
- Strong communication skills (phone and email)
- Computer skills required (email, typing, basic systems)
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
