Job Description

Experienced Service Advisor Every employee at Bellamy Strickland Chevrolet GMC is critical to our success. Our fast-paced, growing environment makes this a great opportunity for someone experienced, motivated, and customer-focused. We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our Main Service Lane team. Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) Paid Training Paid Time Off & Paid Vacation Paid Holidays Saturday Lunches Employee Discounts on Products & Services Responsibilities Assist customers in the Main Service Drive Lane while ensuring prompt, professional, and courteous service Manage daily service appointments and maintain an organized service schedule Take ownership of the customer experience from check-in to vehicle delivery Provide excellent communication and concierge-level support for customer inquiries in person and over the phone Effectively manage and sell technicians' time to maximize shop efficiency Maintain accurate repair orders, updates, and communication throughout the service process Work closely with technicians, dispatch, and fellow advisors in a fast-paced environment Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle needs and manufacturer recommendations Qualifications Previous automotive Service Advisor experience required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume appointment schedule Organized, professional, and team-oriented Strong time management and problem-solving abilities Professional appearance Clean driving record Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
