Service BDC Representative

Industrial Boulevard, McDonough, GA 30253 Full-time Full-time Bellamy Strickland is looking for a full-time Service BDC Representative to join our Service Department team. This position is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, comfortable on the phone, and enjoys helping customers. The Service BDC Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls, assisting with some inbound calls, and helping customers schedule service appointments. Daily responsibilities include calling service recall lists, declined repair opportunities, private special offer lists, and customers who may be due for routine maintenance or recommended services. What we're looking for: We are looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, detail-oriented, and confident speaking with customers over the phone. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are a must. Experience with Microsoft Excel is required , as this role will involve working from customer lists, tracking follow-up, and staying organized with daily call activity. Prior dealership, service department, call center, or customer service experience is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right person who is eager to learn and grow.
Position Details:
This is a full-time position with a full benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.
Responsibilities include:
