Customer Service Representative

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a dedicated Customer Service Representative in Duluth, GA. In this innovative role, you will be responsible for handling phone calls, greeting customers, and answering questions customers have. Apply today if you meet the qualifications listed below. In a Customer Service Representative job you'll be responsible for:

• Handling calls weekly
• Answering questions about order status, pick-up, products, and company information
• Providing in person support in the showroom: welcoming customers, showing product displays, and assisting with product related questions
• Redirecting customers to their respective representatives
• Cover Warehouse Front Desk Operations (only one hour daily) What you'll need:
• Customer Service Representative experience
• Previous Call Center/ Data entry experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
