Full Job Description Position Overview:

As a Sales Associate , you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your primary duties will include delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring products are well-stocked, and keeping the store clean and organized. This role requires enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a passion for helping customers meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries or product selections. Provide product recommendations tailored to customer preferences and needs. Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. 2.

Maintaining Customer Relationships:

Inform customers about promotions, new products, and store events. Actively seek feedback to improve their shopping experience. 3.

Stocking and Restocking:

Ensure shelves and displays are stocked, organized, and visually appealing. Handle product deliveries and organize stockrooms efficiently. 4.

Store Maintenance:

Keep the store clean, tidy, and safe for customers and staff. Maintain cleanliness of displays, fitting rooms (if applicable), and common areas.

Qualifications and Skills Expectations:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Attention to detail in organizing and maintaining the store. Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not required.

PTO and Sick Days:

7 Sick Days from Day 1. 14 Vacation Days (PTO) ( 7 days After 6 Months, 14 days after 12 Months)

Start Pay $3250 (Gross Pay) / Raise after 3
