  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team in a collaborative, small-company environment.
This role involves supporting customers with parts inquiries, order coordination, and product-related questions for physical products. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a manufacturing or product-based setting, with a strong ability to manage customer interactions from inquiry through resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls and emails professionally and efficiently Assist customers with parts inquiries, pricing, availability, and order status Prepare and send accurate parts quotations Process customer orders and update records in CRM/ERP systems Maintain detailed documentation of all customer interactions and transactions Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution Help customers identify and purchase appropriate replacement parts Take ownership of customer issues and ensure complete resolution
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in customer support, account management, or similar role Experience working with physical products (manufacturing, industrial, automotive, or equipment) Prior experience in a small company or team-oriented environment (non-call center) Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with strong follow-up and task ownership skills Proven job stability and consistent performance
Technical Requirements:
Experience using CRM, ERP, or order management systems Ability to clearly explain daily usage of systems (order entry, tracking, documentation, customer follow-ups)
Pay:
$60,000.00
  • $65,000.
00 per year
