Job Description

This position reports to the Customer Service Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Representatives will be responsible for: Daily order processing Providing customer information such as lead times, delivery dates, pricing, discounts and product information. Supporting the field sales rep activities Working directly with dealers and end users Coordinating internal activities to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Candidates must be flexible to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 7am and 7 pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime during the week and on Saturdays is rare, but is possible, based on workload.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications include: Excellent oral and written communication skills Above average data entry skills Ability to learn proprietary software Ability to quickly grasp and retain new product knowledge Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at a fast-paced level Exhibit thorough attention to detail Desired qualifications include: Microsoft Office familiarity, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Associates degree in Business/Marketing or a related field Previous Customer Service experience. Previous Manufacturing experience. The compensation package will consist of a competitive base salary determined, in part, by the successful candidate's level of professional experience.
