What You'll Do As a Customer Service Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience by: Answering incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently Assisting customers with product questions, pricing, and services Helping customers identify the best solutions for their needs Coordinating with the Retail Sales Team to ensure seamless service Processing financing applications Ordering and tracking products Resolving customer concerns with positivity and urgency Creating a welcoming and friendly store environment What We're Looking For We're searching for individuals who bring positive energy, professionalism, and a strong customer-first attitude. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven ability to SMILE and create a welcoming experience Excellent phone and communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly Basic math skills Computer proficiency required Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Bilingual candidates are a plus!
