Sales Associate/Customer Service

!! Hello and thank you for applying with Paradise Vape and Smoke!! We are currently staffing and seeking reliable candidates for employment at our Stockbridge Location! We offer our Sales Associate position a starting base pay of $12 to $15 hour along with cash tips. Sales Associates with strong work ethic can be eligible for commission. We are looking for a result-driven retail Sales Associate to be responsible selling and educating customers on all our products. Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. To be successful as a Sales Associate , you should stay up-to-date with product features and maintain our store's visual appearance in high standards. Ultimately, the duties of a Sales Associate are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.

What You'll Do:

Be the face of Paradise Vape and Smoke, greeting customers with a smile and creating a welcoming, laid-back atmosphere. Help customers discover the perfect vape/smoke products to suit their needs, offering your expertise and guidance. Keep our store looking sharp by maintaining a clean and organized environment. Process sales transactions, receive and stock inventory, and assist with visual merchandising to keep things fresh and interesting. Open and close the store, ensuring everything is secure and ready for the day (or night!).

What You'll Need:

Open availability, including evenings and weekends. Ability to lift and move boxes up to 30 lbs. Able to stand for long periods of time. Excellent customer service and communication skills•you're a natural at making people feel comfortable. Basic math skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of vaping products is a plus!
