If you enjoy helping people and have an interest in plants and agricultural products, this role could be a great fit. We provide on-the-job training to help you build confidence and product knowledge. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone Accurately handle cash and process transactions Assist customers with questions about garden plants, agricultural equipment, feeds, and related products Multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace Work flexible days as needed to support business operations Qualifications Positive and professional attitude Previous cash-handling experience preferred Excellent phone communication skills Strong ability to multi-task Willingness to learn — training provided Knowledge of garden plants, agricultural equipment, and feeds is a plus Ability to work flexible days Pay Pay is based on experience How to Apply Please submit your resume through Indeed or deliver it directly to our store.
