• Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services. Your expertise in automotive diagnostics and strong customer service skills will be essential in ensuring a positive experience for our clients. As a Service Advisor, you will facilitate communication between customers and technicians, ensuring that all service needs are accurately understood and addressed. Duties Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs. Provide detailed explanations of services required, including diagnostics, air brake inspections, tire services, and other automotive repairs. Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition. Transmit service orders to mechanics and ensure clear communication regarding customer requests. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and service techniques to provide informed recommendations. Experience Previous experience in automotive sales or service is required. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and repair processes is essential. Strong understanding of air brake systems, suspension components, and tire service procedures is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Experience in upselling products or services within an automotive context is beneficial.
