Established in 1991, we have proudly up held the true values of customer service and have grown into other territories as well as other markets. We are looking for a sales and customer-oriented office administrator who is career driven with a reliable work ethic. The office administrator will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. We are looking for someone that is patient, empathetic, communicative, and passionate about selling quality services. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction while also increasing overall revenue. Responsibilities Manage large call volume primarily Generate sales leads Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Ensure all customer interactions are accurately recorded through detailed notes and required documentation, and handle payment processing as needed Ability to learn and adapt to company software Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers Residential/Commercial Customer account management Skills Proven customer support experience Demonstrate a commitment to professionalism Previous Sales experience is strongly preferred Strong call handling skills and communication skills Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different personalities Experience with scheduling and tech route optimization is preferred Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Proficient with general computer skills and using Word & Excel Accounting or experience with daily deposits preferred Bizzy Bee Exterminators proudly offers: Competitive compensation and sales incentives Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurances 401K Paid time off All applicants are subject to drug testing and a criminal background check prior to employment.
