Client Services Representative Hilo, Big Island Full-time $18 an hour We are looking for a full-time Client Services Representative to assist a local non-profit organization. Hours Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, occasional weekend work as needed. Location Hilo, Big Island Pay $18 an hour Responsibilities Greet and assist clients, visitors, community members, and on-site guests in a professional, welcoming, and respectful manner, and direct them to the appropriate staff, program, or agency resource. Operates a multi-line phone system. Answer incoming calls in a professional, HIPAA compliant manner and route calls to the appropriate parties. Retrieve, process, and distribute telephone messages from the answering system in a timely and accurate manner. Operate standard business and office equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, copiers, and other assigned equipment. Assist with agency events, outreach activities, workshops, trainings, meetings, and community gatherings, including preparation, setup, registration, participant support, cleanup, and other logistical needs. Qualifications Working knowledge of standard office procedures, administrative processes, and front office operations. Proficient use of office equipment including a PC, laptop, tablet, fax machine, scanner, copier, and related software applications. Ability to used web-based applications, word processing software, spreadsheets, email, and other office systems. Ability to type at least 45 words per minute. Two or more years of clerical, administrative, receptionist, customer service, or client services experience. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
