As a vital member of our Sales department, you will provide essential support to our sales manager and contribute to the smooth operation of our customer service processes. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for those looking to develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties including filing, scanning, data entry, and document organization Prepare and verify proof of delivery papers, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate Generate and organize shipping documents to facilitate timely and correct dispatch of goods Prepare and enter sales orders promptly and accurately Coordinate with the logistics team to resolve order discrepancies or issues Collect customer orders via email, phone, or text, reviewing for accuracy in items, quantities, and pricing Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for sales presentations as needed Collect freight rate information for program sales Manage and maintain the sales manager's schedule Assist in other administrative tasks to support sales and customer service operations
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, with intermediate Excel skills Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines Capability to establish and maintain positive interpersonal relationships Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and procedures High school diploma or equivalent If you are a proactive team player with a passion for customer service and a desire to grow in the seafood industry, we encourage you to apply.
