Mac Made Easy — Job RequirementsOverview As an employee at Mac Made Easy , you are responsible for fulfilling all the technical and administrative duties listed below. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional customer service are key to your success. Sales and Customer Engagement You play a key role in engaging customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the right products and services. Communicate clearly and confidently with customers. Provide informed recommendations based on customer needs. Help maintain a positive, professional retail environment. Provide basic tech support Inventory Management You are responsible for managing front-of-house inventory, including receiving, stocking, and tracking retail products. Conduct regular inventory checks. Restock items as needed and maintain displays. Notify management of low or missing items. Customer Service and Client Support A strong focus on customer satisfaction is essential. Provide friendly, responsive service to all customers. Handle inquiries and support clients throughout their shopping and repair experience. Assist with device check-ins and ensure a seamless customer journey. Administrative Support Assist with daily administrative and reporting tasks. Complete post-inventory checks and maintain daily report folders. Support the preparation of financial and sales reports. Maintain accuracy and timeliness to ensure operational efficiency and compliance. Point of Sale and System Proficiency You will become proficient in Lightspeed , our POS system, for all retail operations. Process retail transactions and invoices accurately. Track inventory and manage customer communication. Apply discounts and issue receipts following company procedures. Apple Systems and GSX Usage You will be trained on Apple's Global Service Exchange (GSX) system. Navigate service guides and check repair statuses. Access Apple diagnostic tools. Support warranty and repair submissions in coordination with certified technicians. Protocol Adherence and Special Projects You are expected to follow all store procedures, safety standards, and company policies. Maintain compliance with operational guidelines. Participate in special projects as assigned, including marketing, store events, and process improvements. Team Collaboration You will work closely with both the retail and technical teams to ensure smooth store operations. Support technicians as needed, including device intake and service coordination. Assist management in executing daily priorities and maintaining store organization.
Schedule Full-time:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (1-hour break) Saturday hours: 10:00 AM-3:00
PM Part-time:
Flexible hours reviewed weekly.
Overtime:
Must be pre-approved by management.
Typical Work Week:
