Termite Customer Service Representative Kailua, Hawaii Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM |

In person Job Description Kilauea Pest Control is seeking a full-time Termite Customer Service Representative to support our growing termite division with customer service, scheduling, sales support, administrative tasks, and client communication. This is a very customer-forward position focused heavily on phones, customer communication, and sales support. We are looking for someone who is confident on the phones, professional, personable, and able to build strong relationships with customers while handling a high-volume workload. We are a locally owned and operated company with a strong ohana-based culture. We value reliability, teamwork, professionalism, and creating growth opportunities. What You'll Do Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and messaging platforms Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently Schedule termite inspections, treatments, and coordinate technician routes efficiently Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests with professionalism and urgency Support sales efforts, customer retention, and lead follow-up Maintain accurate customer records, documentation, and electronic data entry Communicate with field staff and internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations Identify problems proactively and work toward solutions independently Assist with invoicing, collections, reminder calls, reporting, and operational support as needed Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Assist with proposals, reports, contracts, and additional office projects as assigned Qualifications High school diploma required; college degree preferred Minimum 2 years of customer service, sales, administrative, or bookkeeping experience Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills required Exceptional written communication and customer service abilities Strong multitasking abilities and excellent organizational skills Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently Comfortable learning multiple systems and technology platforms Ability to stay calm, professional, and efficient under pressure High attention to detail and strong follow-through Knowledge of Word, Excel, internet research, and basic bookkeeping procedures Ability to work independently while maintaining strong teamwork Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Flexible scheduling Opportunities for advancement and training If you are motivated, organized, customer-service driven, and looking to grow with a local company that values its employees, we'd love to hear from you!
