Job Description Join Alaska Airlines as a Customer Service Agent in Lihue, HI. This full-time position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to passengers. Assist with check-in and boarding processes. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues. Manage baggage handling and lost luggage claims. Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure smooth operations. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow safety and security protocols at all times. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Customer service experience preferred. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
