Part-time Description:
Purpose:
Ensure efficient and smooth operations for excellent guest satisfaction. Respond in a professional and courteous manner to guests by providing accurate and timely information and services.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Always greet guests in a friendly and professional manner Perform accurate check-in and check-outs of guests daily Answer telephone in a timely fashion Make reservations over the phone and in person Provide mutually beneficial solutions to guest complaints Responsible for a cash float throughout your shift to ensure that everything balances at the end of shift Exhibit teamwork throughout all departments of the hotel Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required 1-year hotel experience preferred Customer Service experience Ability to handle cash Open availability preferred, nights and weekend availability are required
