As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative serves as a key point of contact for our dealers and retail customers, providing exceptional service and support to our customers. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of our products to help guide customers and dealers from inquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer & Dealer Support:

Answer inbound calls and emails professionally and promptly. Provide product recommendations and answer fitment/application questions. Build and maintain positive relationships with dealers and key customers. Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads, quotes, and dealer opportunities.

Sales Order Processing:

Enter and manage sales orders in the system accurately. Monitor and update orders to ensure timely fulfillment and communication. Assist with order processing, including managing quotes, orders, and returns.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in customer service, inside sales, or account management preferred. Familiarity with truck parts/accessories or automotive industry a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Proficient in using order entry systems, email, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Monday-Thursday 7:30-5:00 Friday 7:30-11:30

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
