Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately. Conduct the nightly audit process, verifying revenue reports, balancing accounts, and preparing financial documentation for management review. Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest information, and billing details using hotel management software. Assist with guest relations by providing local information, amenities details, and ensuring overall comfort during their stay. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred. Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. (But not required) Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude. Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism. Previous hotel experience or resort background is advantageous. Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction. Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision.
