The ROLE Town & Country Insurance is looking for a Farm and Crop Insurance Customer Service Representative who will maintain strong relationships by providing timely and accurate service. • Highly professional with unquestionable integrity and moral character
• Attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively across a diverse organization and client base
• Ability to prioritize, be flexible, respond to change environments
• Strong listener and works well with people
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Farming/Agriculture knowledge preferred, but not required
• Service oriented and self motivated Insurance license is required, but you will have the opportunity to obtain once you join the team at Town & Country Insurance.
