Job Summary Responsible for customer account activities that include coordinating and scheduling shipping and receiving appointments, inventory management, carrier and customer communications, and other related support activities. What you will do Ownership of assigned accounts for warehouse and production customers including scheduling, inventory, carrier interaction and warehouse management system (WMS) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) updates. Provide prompt carrier and customer communications regarding account activities. Provide support for customer information requests, business development opportunities, and value-add warehouse or production projects. Update the warehouse management system (WMS) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) as needed. Perform general administrative duties including filing, scheduling, processing and distributing information. Education Requirements Associate Degree Emphasis in administrative support or related area Preferred Required Experience 3 years of customer service experience Preferred Experience Previous experience working in a WMS software platform Other Requirements Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Demonstrated effective planning and organizational skills; ability to handle confidential matters discreetly. Demonstrated ability to use computer software programs (e.g., e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet). Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
