This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced Contact/Call Center Representative who is ready for their next career chapter in a lead role. As a Contact Center Lead at Corda Credit Union, you will coach and support the team to help them meet their goals. You will be the main point of contact for technical and operational issues, track performance, and provide hands-on guidance and motivation.
