Job Description
Established company seeks a Customer Service Representative / CSR to work at their Des Moines, IA office. This is a full-time 6-month temporary position where you'll earn up to $25.50 an hour, based on your experience. You will work daytime hours Monday - Friday. Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative will include providing excellent customer service via telephone, as well as: Answering high volume incoming customer service calls Providing exceptional customer service Processing payment requests Providing documents such as invoice copies, contract copies and more Assisting customers with technical related issues Updating general customer account information Responding to customer request providing confirmation/information within the required timeframe Assisting customers with technical related issues Other duties as assigned To qualify, you must have: A High School Diploma or GED required (some college preferred) 1-3 years customer service experience Call Center experience a plus Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Basic PC skills Knowledge of Microsoft office Financial services and/or leasing industry experience a plus Understanding of basic math functions Good people skills If you are reliable with exceptional communication and multitasking skills, then please submit your resume for immediate and confidential consideration.
