Service Advisor

Le Mars Chevy GMC is looking for a qualified and motivated Service Advisor to join our growing team. Dental Responsibilities:

Greet customers promptly and professionally Obtain accurate customer and vehicle information Clearly document all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer Recommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and service history Prepare complete and accurate cost estimates for labor and parts Establish and communicate follow-up timelines with customers Monitor the progress of each vehicle and provide timely updates to client. Ensure the final invoice matches the work completed on the repair order Clearly explain all repairs and charges to customers at vehicle pickup

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a strong service advisor. Must have an outgoing, positive, and friendly personality. Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic automotive knowledge helpful. High level of personal and professional integrity Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems Ability to lift 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
