Part-Time Customer Service Rep

We are looking for an energetic and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This individual would work between the Riverside and Lone Tree branch locations. Primary Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide prompt, friendly service Accepts checks and cash for deposits to accounts, verifies amounts, examines checks for proper endorsement, and enters deposits into system Cashes checks and processes withdrawals Opens new accounts, certificates of deposit, safe deposit boxes and gift cards for both consumers and businesses Processes loan payments Balance a cash drawer at a rate of 95% or higher Maintain a high level of confidentiality and compliance with all bank policies and regulations Remain educated on the complete bank line of products and services Identifies fraudulent activity Assists with night depository and vault duties

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent required Previous customer service, retail, or banking experience is a plus Strong communication skills Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work 20 hours a week, this role has full-time potential in the future Available to work any shifts Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturday mornings Always maintain professional appearance and behavior Strong customer service skills and ability to work with all types of customers Must be a team player and willing to jump in to assist with any special projects, etc.
