What You'll Do:

Become the face of Premier Power Wash, interacting professionally and kindly with residential and commercial clients. Safely and effectively operate our state-of-the-art cleaning equipment (don't worry, we provide thorough paid training!). Perform exterior cleaning services, including power washing driveways, siding, decks, patios, and more, following our proven Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Drive our company truck (typically a Chevy Silverado or similar) to job sites in and around the Iowa City and surrounding area. Manage your daily route and ensure jobs are completed to our high-quality standards and on schedule. Listen to customer needs, answer questions, and ensure every client has an amazing experience. Minimum Requirements:

Valid U.S. Driver's License and a good driving record. Able to reliably commute to our shop in Tiffin, IA. Available to work full-time•or part-time at least 20 hours per week (typically two 10-hour days, or other configurations based on need and your availability). Physically able to perform manual labor, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors. Able to read and follow detailed written instructions and Standard Operating Procedures. Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check (including driving record and sex offender registry check) is required following a conditional offer of employment.
